The old logo is not in line with today's standards and does not represent the brand in a modern and appealing way. The colors and design are outdated and unattractive. The meaning of the logo is unclear and does not adequately reflect the brand's identity.
solution
Symbols or text used in the logo were rearranged to more clearly reflect the brand's values and identity. Vibrant and eye-catching colors were chosen instead of old and dull colors. This gave the brand a fresh and energetic look. The logo was designed to be used in different environments and sizes. It can be effectively used on large advertising billboards as well as small product packaging.
It started in 2001 in Sirkeci under the name of Spor Borsası. Both its main brand Selex and its authorized dealer Nike, Skechers, Adidas, Puma, Asics, Onitsuka Tiger, Mizuno, Wilson, Speedo, Salomon, Merrell, Colombia, Lowa, Jack Wolfskin, Molten, Mikasa, Spalding Arena, Nordbron, Superga, Lumberjack, Dockers, U.S. Polo, Slazenger, Eastpack, Crocs, and offers the best service to its customers.
We worked extensively on simplifying and modernizing the old logo while renewing the brand identity. During the process, we took inspiration from the touches and circular lines of an old structure inside a prominent sports goods store. As you pass by the second part of the shop in Sirkeci, you'll notice a historical semi-circle structure on your side. Drawing inspiration from that area, we decided to create an emblem using the S and B letters.
The emblem was a bit bulky and wide, pushing us towards using an extended font. By connecting the Termina and Audiowide fonts, we achieved a suitable logotype. While staying true to the logotype, we used Montserrat as the most suitable option for other texts.
